LET THE GAMES BEGIN!!!
Good day gentlemen:
The league has officially begun. There are a several reminders:
1. PLEASE RESPECT EVERYTHING that has to deal with the course: the buildings, the staff, the machinery, the grounds, the supplies, the animals, the clubhouse rules, the golf course itself (repair everything that you can). RESPECT EVERYONE and EVERYTHING.
2. Please sign in at the front desk upon arrival. Even if you have a Silver Creek membership. This is for safety and control measures.
3. I cannot stress this enough: PLEASE ARRIVE AT THE COURSE EARLY!!! Shot gun teetime start is 5:15pm SHARP. Arrive at the course by 5pm at the very latest.
4. SCORE CARDS: Please fill out each card and score cards as neatly as possible. Please utilize first and last names, so the coordinators know who everyone is.
5. Please have discrepencies finalized prior to coming in to calculate scores. The coordinators do not know what happened out there, so use your respect. Set your standards prior to the first tee off and settle the discrepancy when it occurs.
6. Please be familiar with the schedule, your average (ALL past participants will have a historical average in which you will utilize), division and your teams starting the hole.
7. Please be patient with the coordinators. This is a lot of work. The board at the course will be updated and completed by 4pm (if not sooner) on game day.
8. Everyone please get to know how to keep score. The coordinators will NOT be doing this task for you. Thus, for those that know how to keep score, PLEASE assist all of those that do not, especially all of the new players and teams.
