PLAYOFFS AND BANQUET
Good day gentlemen:
Well we are at the quarter finals of the playoffs. So far we have had a very exciting playoffs. Good luck to those that are still competing. Please be familiar with the playoff schedule.
Reminders:
1.
Players can still come out on Mondays and Wednesdays that have been eliminated. We will be having a random draw 2-man scrambles for the duration, except for the championship day. Please bring cash.
2.
On championship and banquet night, we will be having a team scramble for those that will not be competing in the finals.
3.
Championships and banquet will be held on September 22, weather permitting.
4.
Now due to the numbers of carts, we are requesting that each team send ONLY 4 players to participate in the final team scramble.
5.
Even thought that we are requesting only 4 players to participate in the final team scramble, each team can send all team members to the meal/banquet.
6.
Each team is covered for ONLY 4 meals at the banquet. We will be eating at the conclusion of the round. We will be outside so please dress for the weather. If a team is going to send additional members to the banquet in excess of 4 players, those extra meals will need to be paid for in advance. Currently we are working with the course regarding to the meal. Still undecided, thus, the cost of the meal has not been decided. Once this has been decided we will inform everyone on this fee. 7.
As we are losing daylight, we are requesting that teams be prepared to start their playoff round by 5pm (if you can). However, we are still scheduled to begin at 515pm. If everyone can be there before 5pm, that would be great. However, we will not penalize teams that cannot start before 5pm.
